This is your chance to shape how we supportvictim-survivors of Family, Domestic and Sexual Violence (FDSV),helping break down barriers to healthcare and social support,especially for those in crisis or temporary accommodation.
Yourwork will ensure that individuals receive trauma-informed,culturally safe, and coordinated care when they need itmost.
What will atypical day look like?
Partner withvictim-survivors to navigate healthcare systems and accessessential services.
Provide hands-onsupport—from improving health literacy to connectingpeople with vital community resources.
Champion continuityof care by building strong referral pathways between health andFDSV sectors.
Advocate fortrauma-informed, culturally safe responses that respect dignityand privacy.
Collaborate withstakeholders, including Western Queensland Primary CareCollaborative Limited (WQPHN), to enhance care coordination andstreamline access.
MandatoryRequirements:
Certificate IVqualifications in Community Services or similar.

Demonstratedexperience working within a high-performance framework whereyou are accountable for KPIs on program delivery and outcomes,within a face-paced solutions focussed environment.
Effective timemanagement and organisational skills.
Astrong communicator, able to quickly build rapport andinfluence across a diverse range of people.

Ability to obtain aBlue Card (working with children check positive notice orexemption)
Ability to obtain aYellow Card (disability services positive notice or exemptionnotice)
