About the Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Product Adoption Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving product adoption and ensuring customer value outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Value Management: Manage a patch of customers for your product area, ensuring their adoption and impact stay high by running regular meetings, managing stakeholders, and holding quarterly business reviews.
* Adoption Playbook Execution: Monitor Customer Value Score (CVS) dashboards, diagnose gaps, and execute adoption playbooks to hit CVS targets.
* Product Adoption Drive: Segment accounts into cohorts, craft launch communications, lead light-touch rollouts, build onboarding workflows, and material in the product.
* Surface Renewal Risks: Surface Product Qualified Leads (PQLs) & renewal risks to Strategic Account Managers ahead of cycle.
* Enablement Material Development: Build scalable enablement material, including Loom videos, knowledge bases, training sessions, and webinars.
Requirements:
* 2-5 years in product enablement, technical account management, or onboarding/project management.
* Experience in B2B/Enterprise SaaS preferred.
* Strong analytical skills, fluent in metrics & dashboards.
* Confident communicator with experience working with Enterprise users, running webinars, writing crisp release notes/emails, training users.
* Passionate about products, comfortable configuring software tools (UI, no-code), and managing mini-projects.
