Key Responsibilities

About You
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a HR generalist advisory capacity, preferably within community services or health-related environments.
* High level communication skills, including coaching and influencing on people management topics to build leadership capacity.
* Excellent customer service focus, anticipating and meeting internal customer needs as a strong relationship manager.
* Strong experience in supporting leaders to navigate performance management and other industrial relations issues.
