About the Role
Join our team as an Allied Health Assistant (AHA) and make a real difference in the lives of NDIS participants. You'll work in clients' homes and communities, supporting therapy programs designed by Physiotherapists and other Allied Health Professionals.
What You'll Do
* Deliver home and community-based therapy support.
* Assist with mobility, exercises, daily living skills, and goal-based activities.
* Motivate and encourage clients to achieve independence.
* Provide feedback and progress notes to supervising therapists.
What You'll Need
* Certificate III/IV in Allied Health Assistance (or similar, preferred).
* Experience with NDIS, disability support, or aged care (advantage).
* Strong communication and people skills.
* Driver's license, reliable car, and willingness to travel.
* Current Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and WWCC (or willing to obtain).
