We're looking for a talented and passionate Chef to head our pastry section. We make all of our treats in house daily from our designated pastry kitchen upstairs at Opus. We want someone to have free hands and be in creative control for all the sweets coming out of Opus. This includes being able to cost and recipe treats using Cooking The Books.
We're talking weekly rotating cabinet cakes, tarts just has to be unique and somewhat on trend.
You will also be supplying our step sister cafe "Halfday Deli" daily, all made from Opus. Along with our 3rd venue "Mid Bagels" when that opens EOY. ;)
Treats are made daily and not kept over night to keep the quality lit.
You'll be given training on our existing recipes and training on Cooking The Books our costing software. From there you can tweak items, test and send.
