Seeking a results-driven Account Manager to spearhead sales and growth initiatives.
* Maintain, develop, and grow key relationships within assigned portfolios.
* Identify opportunities for growth through strategic planning and data analysis.
* Drive sales and trading margin contributions through product optimization strategies.
* Develop and execute effective territory call plans for existing and targeted customers.
* Collaborate with local branch teams to achieve sales goals.
* Conduct regular market analysis and report on trends and sales activities.
* Develop and implement customer-centric strategies based on anticipated needs.
* Minimum 3 years of B2B Account Management and/or Business Development experience.
* Exceptional relationship management skills and strong local business connections.
* Proactive and driven to meet and exceed customer expectations.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to work autonomously while collaborating with teams.
* Previous exposure to industrial, safety, and apparel products is advantageous.
* Team player mentality with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* MS Office proficiency and previous CRM experience.
