The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a kind heart. You will be working closely with residents, their families, and the wider community to create a sense of belonging and inclusivity.
This role involves:
* Conducting resident assessments to understand their preferences and needs
* Planning and implementing innovative events and activities that promote social, psychological, recreational cultural, and spiritual wellbeing
* Acting as a team leader, providing coaching, supervision, and guidance to the lifestyle team
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or similar qualification
* Strong coaching/training skills and the ability to establish and maintain professional relationships
* Great IT skills and NDIS and Police check clearance (or willingness to obtain)
