Overview
Randstad are currently taking applications for a 4 month assignment as a Projects and Contracts Administrator with a well established Non Profit organisation. Bringing your experience in contract administration and project management support, coupled with your positive and ambitious attitude, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring contracts are executed efficiently and project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination and management of external contracts, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiations
- Act as the primary point of contact for contract-related matters and manage the centralised contracts database
- Oversee the contract life cycle from creation to execution, performance, and renewal or termination
- Review contractual documents for accuracy, risk, and adherence to terms and conditions
Qualifications
- Have demonstrated experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts
- Have proven ability to manage a contract life cycle, from drafting and negotiation to compliance and renewal
- Demonstrate experience in managing disputes, assessing risks, and ensuring compliance
- Have the ability to analyse project data, identify trends, and make recommendations to support decision making
- Maintain a current Working with Vulnerable People registration
