This business is scaling quickly across Australia and is now looking to bring in an experienced HR Manager / HR Business Partner to support that next phase of growth. This is an exciting opportunity to join a mission-led, technology-forward business at a pivotal stage—where HR isn’t just a function but a operational partner to the leadership team. The opportunity will allow you to lead HR initiatives across the full employee life cycle—from recruitment and on-boarding through to performance, engagement, and culture. You’ll work closely with the executive team to help shape a people-first, high-performing environment as the company grows its team and operational footprint. As HR lead, your role will be both operational and hands-on, setting up frameworks and processes while also supporting managers and employees day-to-day.
