Job Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled IT Cloud Support Specialist to join our team, responsible for delivering support to customers in relation to our private cloud offerings and accompanying managed services.
This role involves engaging directly with remote end-users to provide technical assistance in Microsoft, VMware, and Citrix-based solutions. The client-facing nature of this position requires strong oral and written communication skills, as well as hands-on ability when required.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, be motivated by assisting customers in improving their ICT operations, and thrive in a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide timely and effective technical assistance to customers via various communication channels
* Solve complex technical issues related to Microsoft, VMware, and Citrix-based solutions
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer queries and improve service delivery
In order to succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A minimum of 1-2 years' experience supporting Microsoft technologies is essential, along with a strong understanding of cloud computing principles and practices.
