Communication Strategy Lead
The Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences is seeking an exceptional Communications Manager to lead a step change in internal communications. This role offers a rare opportunity to shape a new chapter in the way we communicate, crafting a strategic, unified, and bold approach.

As Communications Manager, you will develop the Faculty's overarching internal communication strategy and planning framework, partnering with central communication resources and coordinating activities across schools and key university partners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communication strategy
* Partner with central communication resources to coordinate activities
* Foster relationships with senior stakeholders and external partners
* Provide high-level communications advice and support to Faculty leadership
* Lead the planning, curation, and dissemination of Faculty content through university-wide internal channels
Requirements:
* Postgraduate qualifications in a relevant field or equivalent combination of experience and training
* Proven experience in leading communication strategy within a large organization
* Strong people skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders
* Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling capabilities
* Natural curiosity and drive for continuous improvement
* Confidence in shaping and governing messaging and channel frameworks
