Salesforce Technical Consultant - E&U Cloud & Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist
Key Responsibilities
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
• Design, develop, and execute scalable multi-channel marketing solutions using Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.
• Architect, build, and optimize Journey Builder journeys, including entry sources, triggers, decision splits, and exit criteria.
• Develop and manage triggered sends, transactional messaging, and real-time communications.
• Create, maintain, and optimize data extensions, complex SQL queries, and filtered data sets to support segmentation and personalization.
• Develop responsive, reusable, and dynamic email templates using AMPscript, HTML, and CSS.
• Implement advanced personalization and audience segmentation strategies leveraging subscriber and behavioural data.
• Configure Contact Builder, define data models, and manage contact relationships and attribute groups.
• Design and implement REST and SOAP API integrations with Salesforce CRM and external platforms.
• Build and manage automation workflows for data ingestion, transformation, and campaign execution.
• Support deployment activities across development, testing, UAT, and production environments.
• Monitor campaign execution, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimize performance based on KPIs and analytics.
• Generate and analyze campaign performance reports using Analytics Builder and other reporting tools.
• Ensure adherence to SFMC best practices, data privacy regulations, and security standards
Salesforce E&U Cloud / Sales & Service Cloud
• Act as a Salesforce Consultant specialising in Sales, Service, and E&U Cloud capabilities.
• Leverage Salesforce DevOps practices to streamline development, deployment, and release management.
• Work with LWC, Apex, OOP principles, and integration patterns to deliver scalable solutions.
• Support data migration activities, including mapping, cleansing, and transformation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Apply strong understanding of GIT-based version control, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps tooling.
• Utilize JavaScript/jQuery for UI enhancements and custom functionality where required.
Skills & Experience
Required
• Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) across Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Contact Builder.
• Strong hands-on experience with AMPscript, SQL, HTML, CSS, and API integrations.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and E&U Cloud.
• Experience with LWC, Apex, and Salesforce development best practices.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps tools and processes (GIT, CI/CD, integration frameworks).
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues across marketing automation, CRM, and integrations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer I/II, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant).
• Experience in the Energy & Utilities domain.
