An exciting opportunity is available for a Property Manager to join a small, boutique agency in Toowoomba. This role can be either part-time (25 hours per week) or full-time, offering flexibility and genuine work-life balance.
This is not your typical high‐pressure portfolio. You'll be managing a clean, capped portfolio of 150 properties, with structured systems and supportive leadership in place.
The Role
* Manage a capped portfolio of 150 residential properties
* End-to-end portfolio management
* Arrears, maintenance coordination & client communication
* Routine inspections & entries
* Monday to Friday only – no weekends

About You
* Previous Property Management experience
