Job Title: Senior Facilities Manager
We are seeking a seasoned Facilities Manager to join our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our diverse property portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys autonomy, variety, and working closely with contractors and tenants.
About the Job
This role involves managing essential services, coordinating with contractors and tenants across multiple sites, inputting and maintaining accurate facilities data, and supporting disaster and event management alongside the MD and construction manager.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain all aspects of site operations including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
* Coordinate with contractors and tenants to ensure smooth site operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
* Input and maintain accurate facilities data, including asset registers, maintenance records, and other relevant information.
* Support the development and implementation of facilities management strategies and procedures.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., facilities management, building management, engineering).
* Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in an industrial setting.
* Strong communication and contractor coordination skills.
* Trade background or FM/PM crossover experience highly regarded.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Based in the Inner north (100% in-office initially), moving to Inner East later this year.
