Job Description
* Provide clinical patient care activities in alignment with your educational preparation and level of competence.
* Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver individualized nursing care to patients.
* Communicate effectively with patients, carers, and families to promote their involvement in all stages of care.
* Supervise and direct the clinical practice of junior Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, and undergraduate nursing students.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Knowledge of contemporary nursing theory and practice in relation to the care of sub-acute patients/clients.
* Thorough understanding of quality systems and health services accreditation.
