Experience managing diverse stakeholders and solving complex problems within a professional project management framework is essential.About YouTo be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:Business Case Development: Coordinate the development of business cases and ensure project delivery aligns with themProject Management: Manage all facets of project delivery management, including budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and riskStakeholder Management & Requirement Definition:Work directly with university stakeholders to define project benefits and value drivers.Firm up business requirements.Prepare the scope of work.Identify project delivery resource requirements.Develop cost estimates and budgets.Create schedule with key milestones.Establish quality control measures.Identify and manage risks.Team Leadership & Guidance: Lead and manager project delivery resources/team, providing guidance and direction and knowledge transfer to achieve project objectives.Reporting and governance: Execute project in alignment with ePMO governance and investment framework, ensuring project reporting is accurate, timely, and coordinated.For more information on this role please refer to the attached position description.QualificationsA postgraduate level qualification in a relevant discipline and extensive relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.Relevant Project Management qualificationsAbout Swinburne University Of TechnologySwinburne’s strategy draws upon our understanding of future challenges.
