Overview
Metro South Health is seeking an experienced and visionary Nursing Director and Facility Manager to lead key community health facilities across Logan and Beaudesert. This permanent full-time Nurse Grade 11 role provides strategic, operational and professional leadership across multiple sites, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, and efficient healthcare services while driving innovation and service excellence.
Your new role
This senior leadership position is responsible for the strategic and operational management of multiple health centres and nursing services.
* Lead and manage service delivery, workforce, and resources across multiple facilities including Eight Mile Plains, Mt Gravatt and Meadowbrook
* Provide high-level clinical governance, operational oversight, and financial management to ensure quality and performance outcomes
About You
You are a dynamic and experienced nursing leader with a strong background in healthcare management and service delivery.
* Proven ability to lead complex healthcare environments, including strategic planning, workforce leadership, and operational management
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and drive change across diverse teams

Logan Hospital is the major health centre for one of the fastest growing areas in Queensland. We offer a range of services, including medical, rehabilitation, maternity, surgical and paediatric care. We offer our staff and students extensive support and training in most medical specialties. As a teaching hospital, we help train future health care professionals and participate in research through strong partnerships with Queensland's leading medical schools, universities, and TAFE Queensland. Our services will continue to grow as we build bigger and better facilities to support the community. By 2027, we'll have more beds and 5 more birthing suites as part of the Logan Hospital expansion.
