As a Regional Manager, you will oversee multiple stores and teams within a well-established portfolio of apparel brands. Your responsibility is to enhance team capability, elevate store performance, and ensure consistent execution across people, operations, and customer experience.
* Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and broader store teams.
* Drive recruitment, induction, and ongoing succession planning.
* Achieve sales targets and key performance metrics across all stores.
* Manage wage costs, financial performance, and shrinkage control.
* Maintain visual merchandising standards and promotional execution.
* Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
* Conduct regular store visits and guide operational excellence.
