We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Retail Team Lead to support the Boutique Manager in leading a high-performance team.

Main Responsibilities:
* Drive boutique performance, profitability, and sales objectives
* Lead daily operations, uphold visual and service standards, and ensure the boutique image is impeccably maintained
* Champion selling techniques, client engagement, and clienteling excellence
* Collaborate with merchandising, VM, and client development teams to deliver cohesive boutique initiatives
* Build long-term client relationships, lead client development programs, and execute exclusive events
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need extensive retail management experience within luxury or high-service environments.
You must have proven capability to drive results, motivate teams, and deliver a world-class client experience.
A strong commercial acumen with experience across stock, operations, and boutique performance is essential.
You should be strategic, organised, and entrepreneurial in your approach.
A polished communicator with confidence to represent a global luxury house is required.
