Requirements:
* Certificate III in Catering or Commercial Cookery is highly regarded.
* Food Safety Supervisor certification is essential.
* Knowledge of health and nutritional needs of older people is crucial.
* Able to work with limited supervision and make sound decisions independently.
* High level knowledge of HACCP and work health and safety requirements is mandatory.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders is vital.
* Qualifications and experience in work health and safety are highly valued.
