Overview
Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor role at Supercheap Auto Charters Towers. We're looking for someone ready to step up, roll up their sleeves, and grow with our small, tight-knit team of six. Hands-on leadership and effective time management are key as you work on the shop floor with safety front and centre.
The store operates with a high standard of performance, offering a 1-in-3 weekend roster and early Sunday finishes at 2pm.
Responsibilities
Support the Store Manager to help the store reach its full sales potential, operate smoothly, and create a positive, engaging work environment.
Lead by example with customer service and team management.
Manage on-floor operations, ensuring safety and a productive workplace.
Contribute to visual merchandising, stock control, loss prevention, and performance reporting.

Qualifications
Retail management or leadership experience, delivering exceptional customer service.
Strong leadership skills to motivate, inspire, and develop a high-performing team.
Willingness to learn all aspects of automotive retail; you bring the "Super," we'll deliver the "Auto."
Operational know-how in visual merchandising, stock control, loss prevention, and performance reporting.
Commitment to safety with adherence to WHS programs and a safe work environment.
Mechanical experience is a bonus, not required.
