Key Responsibilities:
* Take a proactive approach to understanding and addressing customer needs by providing guidance and recommending suitable product solutions within the industrial/trades space.
* Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and maximise their purchasing experience.
* Implement a structured call cycle to develop and maintain profitable business relationships with both new and existing clients.
* Identify and gain new business opportunities, as well as capitalise on opportunities for growth with current customers.
* Manage incoming leads, handle data entry, and facilitate workflow distribution through the company’s operating system.
* Provide internal support and collaborate with the sales team to optimise customer interactions and ensure alignment with business objectives.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) within the industrial/trades sector.

* A proven sales professional with experience in the trades or industrial sector, or relevant experience in a similar industry.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
* Highly driven, resilient, and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a competitive and dynamic environment.
* Excellent multitasking abilities without compromising service quality, ensuring all customer needs are met efficiently.
* Dependable, accountable, organised, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
