The Role:
We are on the lookout for experienced, hard-working and motivated Shotfirers to join our growing Platinum family, we have permanent fulltime positions available within the Isaac regionfor our Quarries site.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, these positions will be offered on a 7:7 even time rosterwith flexible travel arrangements dependent on site and location.
You will have:
* Previous experience as a Shotfiring within quarrying or hard rock operations
* Standard 11 or willingness to obtain
* QLD Explosives Security Clearance Card OR ability to obtain one
* Heavy Rigid (or greater) Driver Licence
* Statement of Attainment or proven training in conducting mobile mixing of explosives
* A can-do attitude and excellent communication skills
* Fit, healthy, and ready to do the hard yards
* The ability to pass pre-employment checks inclusive of medicals and national background checks
