About the Role: We are looking for a passionate Senior Speech Pathologist to join a community-based multidisciplinary team supporting NDIS participants across Wollongong and surrounding areas, NSW. While managing a small clinical caseload of your own, you will mentor and supervise junior clinicians, and develop team resources to support best practice. Take responsibility for managing a designated caseload ensuring the timely delivery of therapeutic services. Conduct comprehensive assessments of participants' developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological, and physical abilities through clinical observations and standardized tests. Analyse assessment results to develop tailored treatment goals specific to each participant's needs. Implement evidence-based therapeutic strategies that support participants in improving their quality of life and achieving their personal goals. Stay informed about current legislation to ensure all practices are compliant and up-to-date.
