About the role
The primary purpose of the role of Human Resource (HR) Officer is to provide the first point of contact for West Moreton Health employees and leaders seeking support from HR. The HR Officer provides support and assists the Human Resources team in providing customer focused, timely and quality support to its clients across West Moreton Health (the Health Service).
About you
- Knowledge of or the ability to rapidly acquire a working knowledge of human resource frameworks and processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to prioritise workload to meet competing deadlines, including the ability to problem solve and exercise good judgment based on available information.
- Ability to provide a flexible, responsive client focused service which reflects West Moreton Health's #everyoneisaleader framework
**Mandatory Requirements**:
- Vaccinated against, and remain vaccinated against, certain vaccine preventable diseases (VPD) as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO. 01/16
- Vaccinated against COVID-19 as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO.12/21and the Queensland Health Human Resources Policy B70.
