* Contract duration: 18 April 2023 to 12 months, with two optional extensions of 12 months each.
Description of Responsibilities
The Department requires multiple SAP Business Analysts to facilitate workshops with business areas and capture current business procedures.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of SAP and have expertise in business processes related to Finance, Procurement, and Plant Maintenance.
Key Job Responsibilities:
* Gather and facilitate business process discussions to capture the current solution design and document the results.
* Provide detailed documentation of current business processes and SAP functionality being used, including flow charts and the ability to distinguish between custom and standard SAP processes.
* Document the technical direction for the analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and enhancement of the existing application.
* Communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
* Collaborate clearly with all stakeholders (internal and external) to achieve common goals.
* Work closely with operations and business teams to understand user functionality, pain points, and areas of improvement within applications.
Selection Criteria and Requirements

Minimum Qualifications
1. At least 4-6 years of experience with SAP ECC.
2. Experience with at least 2 full cycle implementations in SAP PP and SAP QM modules.
3. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.
4. Bonus qualifications include experience with SAP Finance, Procurement, Plant Maintenance (PM), SAP Materials Management (MM), Warehouse Management (WM), Inventory Management (IM).
5. An Information Technology Advanced degree is required.
