What You'll Be Doing
* Partnering with Hiring Managers as a trusted recruitment advisor
* Delivering end‐to‐end recruitment across ANZ
* Driving proactive sourcing and multi‐channel attraction strategies
* Building and nurturing talent pipelines
* Delivering a high‐touch, high‐quality candidate experience
* Running structured briefing sessions and managing expectations
* Assessing talent using competency‐based frameworks
* Supporting the design and evolution of recruitment processes and reporting
* Identifying opportunities to improve performance, efficiency, and outcomes
* Acting as a SME across sourcing, market insights, and TA best practice
We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner (RPO, embedded, or in‐house)
* Strong exposure to the media, advertising, or creative industries (highly regarded)
* Demonstrated success in direct sourcing and market mapping
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing capability
* Comfortable operating in a build/scale environment – adaptable, proactive, solutions‐focused
* Confident communicator with the ability to engage at all levels
