About the Role
* Responsibilities include:
* Operational IT Support
* AI Coaching & Adoption
* IT Onboarding new employees and Offboarding
* Troubleshooting: Provide remote and onsite support for employees, resolving software, hardware, and network issues.
* Process Improvement: Automate repetitive tasks using tools like PowerShell or Python and design custom workflows in platforms like SharePoint or Power Automate.
* System Administration: Manage user accounts, support ERP/CRM systems, and assist with network troubleshooting.

* Experience gained in an IT role and technical proficiency
