Job Title: Infrastructure Project Manager
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Infrastructure Project Manager to lead and inspire multi-disciplinary contractor teams. The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex underground civil utility projects, ensuring safe, timely, and high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the management and supervision of small to medium construction works, ensuring projects meet quality, safety, and timeline expectations.
* Plan and organise field activities, allocating personnel, plant, and equipment effectively to meet project requirements.
* Lead subcontractors, ensuring optimal performance and safety through training, tools, vehicles, and work environment optimisation.
* Monitor and improve operational efficiencies and delivery performance to support business objectives.
* Audit work practices to ensure compliance with policies, quality systems, and statutory safety requirements.
* Manage resources, support project managers with variations, and coordinate materials and subcontract services.
About You
The successful candidate will possess strong technical expertise in civil construction and/or pipelaying within complex utility environments. They will excel at building relationships, driving safe and efficient project delivery, and making sound decisions under pressure.
