From network setups and server installations to everyday tech troubleshooting, if it plugs in, we support it.

Key Responsibilities
As a Mobile IT Support Technician, you will:
Deliver on-site and remote IT support across a wide range of technologies, including:
PCs and laptops (hardware and software)
Televisions and smart devices
Networks, routers, modems and WiFi
Cloud applications and more
Diagnose and resolve technical issues for a diverse client base
Provide excellent customer service and clearly explain technical concepts
Travel to client locations across reasonable distances as required
Maintain a high standard of professionalism and workmanship
About You
We are looking for someone who brings:
A genuine passion for and a strong skillset in technology and problem solving
Strong customer service and communication skills
Experience providing on-site IT support to homes or offices
A valid driver's licence
The ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Flexibility to travel to job sites around the greater Brisbane region
Residency in Brisbane, Ipswich, Logan, Gold Coast, or surrounding areas
