Design & Technology Teacher (Secondary)
Role Summary:
The Design & Technology Teacher plays a crucial role in guiding students in their educational journey, leveraging extensive experience and expertise to deliver high-quality instruction. The teacher is expected to inspire academic excellence, foster intellectual curiosity, and support the holistic development of students.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- A commitment and passion for teaching middle school students, and the ability to adapt to the school's innovative and student-centric teaching methodologies
- A teaching degree with a minimum of three years of post-qualification experience, specialising in Design & Technology with knowledge of NESA syllabus content
- A valid Working with Children check and a commitment to child welfare
- Confidence and commitment to building ICT confidence in students within developing technologies
- High expectations and aspirations for all students with a commitment to their overall development as young people
- An open-minded approach, willingness to learn and develop
- A demonstrable passion for teaching and a proven track record
- The right to work in Australia

- Ongoing commitment to professional development and maintaining NESA accreditation
- Willingness to participate in school events and activities outside of regular school hours as required, with a focus on contributing to the school's leadership and educational initiatives
