The Opportunity
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Civil Projects Superintendent to join our growing team based in Karratha, overseeing key works across our Pilbara civil construction portfolio.
This is a permanent, full-time position focused on delivering high-quality outcomes on civil infrastructure projects, with an emphasis on culvert works and KTP4 scope. The role will suit a local Karratha-based leader, however FIFO from Perth will be considered. The roster is 9 days fortnight — alternating 5 days on / 2 days off and 4 days on / 3 days off.
Key Responsibilities
•Lead and manage daily operations across civil project sites
•Oversee and support Supervisors and project teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery
•Ensure strict adherence to project schedules, scope, safety, and budget
•Act as the key liaison with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
•Drive a strong safety-first culture across all project activities including adherence of project teams to company policy and procedures
•Monitor, report and planning resources for upcoming work scope, risks, and key deliverables including managing change
•Problem solving, trouble shooting and resolving resource issues in a team environment and autonomously
What We’re Looking For
•Minimum 5–10 years' leadership experience in civil construction or infrastructure
•RTIO Induction (preferred or willingness to obtain)
•Demonstrated success in delivering projects with a background in Civil Mining works and Culvert relining experience advantageous, or similar civil works
•Strong understanding of the Pilbara region and operational challenges
•Effective communicator with excellent client management and team leadership skills
•High attention to detail, with a proactive approach to solving problems
•Strong focus on safety, compliance, and quality assurance
•Proficient in project documentation and reporting
•Computer literacy including MS Office and project software tools
