Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort are looking for enthusiastic and service-driven Food and Beverage Attendants to join our team on a Full Time basis.
If you're enthusiastic, service-focused, and passionate about hospitality, we'd love to welcome you to our team. This role includes breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts with flexibility required across all seven days, including weekends and public holidays.
Responsibilities
* Taking Guest Orders: Accurately and attentively record orders to accommodate guest preferences.
* Menu Expertise and Recommendations: Confidently recommend food and beverage options.
* Serving Food & Beverages: Provide professional and efficient service, ensuring guest satisfaction.
* Delivering Exceptional Customer Service: Engage warmly with guests, promptly address their needs, and strive to exceed expectations.
Shift Details (subject to change)
* Breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts
* Rotating roster across Monday through to Sunday
* Split shifts may be required on some days
* Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) required
Hourly Rates (excluding superannuation)
* Monday - Friday: $25.85 per hour
* Saturday: $32.31 per hour
* Sunday: $38.78 per hour
Qualifications
* Previous experience as a waitstaff, bartender, or in a similar hospitality role
* Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification
* A warm and approachable demeanour with a positive attitude
* Proven experience delivering high-quality customer service
* Professional presentation and exceptional communication skills
* Reliability, with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
