We are seeking a dedicated Operations Manager to lead overnight operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and safety are consistently delivered.
* Oversee all property operations during the overnight shift in the absence of senior leadership.
* Represent management in handling and resolving any guest or operational concerns.
* Personally assist in managing issues and completing key overnight tasks to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Monitoring Property Operations
* Supervise overnight activities, including late-night arrivals and early departures.
* Reconcile daily audits in collaboration with the Finance team.
* Ensure all overnight operations are compliant with brand and procedural standards.
* Monitor departmental supplies and maintain a safe and secure working environment.
* Support inventory counts and contribute to meeting guest satisfaction and employee engagement targets.
* Monitor overnight employee performance and uphold service standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Experience with OPERA property management system or similar.
* Relevant experience in a similar role.
* A valid Driver's License is required.
* Full Working rights in Australia.
* Enthusiastic to escalate your career.
* Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast-paced environment.
* Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude.
* Attention to detail in all aspects of work.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Prior luxury hotel experience would be preferable.
