Our client is currently seeking an enthusiastic and switched-on Property Officer to work alongside a gun property management team, working on a well-established and maintained portfolio based in the Northern Beaches area.
The Position
In the role of Property Officer, your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting ingoing, outgoing and routines inspections
- Schedule and attend open for inspections and private appointments
- Ad hoc support to the property management team
The Person
- Previous real estate experience ideal but not required - our client hires on attitude
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence is a MUST HAVE!
- You will be highly organised with a keen eye for detail
- First class written and verbal communication skills
- Immaculate personal presentation and a highly professional demeanour
- Valid Driver's Licence and a reliable vehicle
