About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic team at Harcourts Asap' as a Property Manager for an immediate start. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties in the Narre Warren area. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation and profitability of the properties under your care.
What you'll be doing
* Coordinating and overseeing maintenance and repair work to ensure the properties are well-maintained
* Handling tenant inquiries, processing applications, and managing the tenant lifecycle
* Collecting and processing rent payments, and ensuring timely payment of landlord disbursements
* Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to the properties and tenancies
* Proactively identifying opportunities to optimise the performance of the property portfolio
* Providing exceptional customer service to both landlords and tenants
What we're looking for
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with landlords and tenants
* Familiarity with relevant legislation, regulations, and best practices in the property management industry
* A customer-centric mindset and a commitment to providing exceptional service
* A valid real estate license or Agents Rep Certificate

Hours:
* No Weekend Work
* Monday - Friday (Flexible hours please see below options)
* 8.00am - 4.30pm
* 8.30am - 5.00pm
* 9.00am - 5.30pm
