Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for team members.
* Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.
* Maintain filing systems, databases, and records both physical and digital.
* Assist with onboarding and administrative support for new employees.
* Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
* Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries as needed.
* Provide support for special projects and events.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an administrative assistant or secretary is a plus.
