This role is perfect for someone who loves being the calm, organised centre of the office.
You'll be the first face clients see, the voice on the phone, and the person who keeps the daily rhythm of the firm running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
Greet clients with confidence, warmth and professionalism.
Offer premium hospitality (water, tea, coffee) and keep reception immaculate.
Prepare and reset meeting rooms throughout the day.
Answer and direct calls with a clear, professional tone.
Manage the office inbox, mail, couriers and ad hoc admin tasks.
Maintain kitchen tidiness, snacks and supplies.
Support the wider team with general office coordination.
About you
3+ years experience in a reception role preferably within a law firm.
Excellent verbal and written English.
Demonstrate enthusiasm, organisation and interpersonal skills.
Polished presentation.
