This is a hands‐on opportunity for an Underground Mine Geologist who thrives in an operational environment and wants to be embedded in the heart of the mine.

Key Responsibilities
* Undertake all facets of grade control
* UG mapping, sampling and stope monitoring
* Logging and sampling of diamond core
* Update wireframes and geological models
* Help with monthly reconciliations
* Complete stope reconciliations as required
* Input into targeting and planning of drilling programs
* Conduct project work as required
About You
* Tertiary qualification in Geology or equivalent.
* Experience as a geologist in the resource industry, within an underground gold mining operation.
* Experience with mining and database software packages such as Deswik, Datamine, Leapfrog and Acquire.
* Exposure to 3D modelling, block models, stope reconciliations and face mapping workflows highly regarded.
* Understanding of grade control, Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QAQC) sampling and mapping practices, reporting, mine reconciliation, and mining methods, systems and processes.

Location & Roster
PGO is located in the Ashburton Basin, Eastern Pilbara - 211kms inland from Onslow and 180km west of Paraburdoo.
FIFO from Perth, Broome, or Darwin. DIDO from surrounding locations.
Flights are to Onslow or Paraburdoo, followed by a two‐hour bus ride to site.
