Marketing Assistant / Social Media & Paid Ads Specialist

We're a growing oral care brand on a mission to shake up the category with smart, modern marketing — and we're looking for an experienced Marketing Assistant / Social Media & Paid Ads Specialist to join our team.
This role is perfect for someone who already has hands-on experience running Meta ads (Facebook & Instagram) and managing social media, and who wants to grow with a fast-moving brand.
About the role
You'll support and execute marketing activity across digital channels, with a strong focus on paid social, Instagram, and campaign performance.
Key responsibilities include:
* Assisting with the planning, execution, and optimisation of marketing campaigns
* Managing and supporting Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
* Supporting day-to-day Instagram and social media activity (content coordination, scheduling, engagement)
* Coordinating marketing collateral such as presentations, website content, and digital assets
* Analysing marketing performance data and providing insights and recommendations
* Supporting the implementation of the broader marketing strategy
* Providing administrative support including organising meetings and managing calendars
* Liaising with internal stakeholders and external suppliers as needed
What we're looking for
Experience is essential for this role.
* 1–2 years' experience in a marketing role, with proven hands-on exposure to Meta Ads
* Demonstrable experience managing Meta Ads campaigns with monthly budgets of $5K-$20K
* Experience managing or supporting Instagram and social media platforms
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Confident written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
* Familiarity with marketing tools and analytics platforms
* Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and paid social performance
* Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred but not essential)
* Australian work rights required for this position
