About The Role
We aim to ensure each customer has a great shopping experience in person, over the phone, and online. As a Retail Assistant (Customer Sales & Service), your main responsibilities include:
* Prioritizing safety for yourself, teammates, and customers
* Providing genuine service and creating memorable moments for customers
* Contributing to positive sales performance through excellent customer service
* Maintaining exceptional showroom presentation and merchandising standards
* Processing stock, including receiving, dispatching, and storing
* Being an enthusiastic, cooperative, and collaborative team member, contributing to a positive team culture
* Having a valid driver’s license, as driving is required
