**What's the role?**
We are looking for a professional and caring customer support representative to deliver the ultimate client experience. As part of the role, you will be assisting with a
**dministrative duties, troubleshooting, and invoices**. You will also be guiding customers through their
- Previous Customer service and/or **Call Centre Experience**:
- Professional Computer comprehension, with Microsoft Business central
- **Excellent written** and **verbal communication** and the capability to handle difficult customer quires are also required.
- Ability to** multi-task** while maintaining a** professional and efficient** work manner.
- Has a friendly and personable charm
