This leadership role is responsible for driving the overall performance, growth, and strategic direction of the Tory Burch business across retail operations within Australia. Reporting to senior leadership, the Head of Brand will lead commercial performance, retail excellence, people leadership, and brand partnerships while ensuring alignment with both Tory Burch and Valiram standards.

A key focus of this position is fostering and maintaining strong relationships with brand principals and key stakeholders to support commercial success and long-term business growth.
The successful candidate will also champion retail excellence by implementing best practices, strengthening operational standards, and cultivating an engaging and ethical workplace culture that supports collaboration, development, and performance.
