Occupational Therapist – Flexible Community / Clinic + Telehealth Role
Location: Ballina / Byron / Mullumbimby / Lismore Regions
Work Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Your Role
* Managing a caseload that aligns with your areas of interest.
* Conducting clinical assessments across emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical functions.
* Developing individualised, evidence‑based therapy goals and interventions.
* Providing environmental modification advice for homes, schools, workplaces and residential settings.
* Recommending and facilitating Assistive Technology (AT) to promote independence.
* Staying compliant with current legislation and NDIS guidelines.
* Working collaboratively within a supportive, multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications
* Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
* Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
* A proactive, client‑centred mindset with a desire to innovate and grow.
* A genuine passion for working in the disability and community sector.
* The ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
* An interest in paediatrics, complex needs, or a preferred caseload area (let's tailor it together).
