Job Description
The role of a Secondary PDHPE Teacher involves promoting the school as a place of learning and excellence. The teacher will develop contemporary and compliant teaching programs and assessments that meet the diverse needs and learning styles of students. They must demonstrate a clear understanding of and personal commitment to Catholic Education and support the Catholic ethos and culture of the school.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective assessment practices and quality teaching programs.
* Support student learning outcomes through pedagogical practices and digital learning.
* Collaborate with school staff to establish productive partnerships and achieve educational outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications, active NESA Accreditation, and a valid NSW Working with Children Check. They should also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with students, staff and parents.
