About the Role
ConnectSydney, a dynamic joint venture between Service Stream, Boral and Johnson Controls, will be delivering the Sydney Road Assets Performance Contract for the Harbour Zone in metropolitan Sydney. The Sydney Roads Asset Performance (SRAP) Contracts are the new delivery model to deliver road and maintenance services to support TfNSW's plans for the future of transport in the Greater Sydney Region underpinned by what customers can expect.

As ConnectSydney ramps up, we will be recruiting for the following opportunities:
- Project Managers
- Project Engineers
- Site Engineers
- Supervisors
- Environmental/Safety Advisors
The scope of work for the Project will require the following skills set for each role:
Project Managers
- Demonstrated strong business development & project management experience
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce and Engineering are highly regarded
- Prior experience working with Pavements and/or Structures/Slopes/Corridors are advantageous however not essential
- Ability to drive and meet strict deadlines
- Ability to oversee the development of maintenance and new works
Project Engineers
- Qualified Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineer
- Demonstrated working experience in a similar role
- Good understanding of planning scheduling functions
- Advanced problem-solving skills
- Prior experience working with Pavements and/or Structures/Slopes/Corridors are advantageous however not essential
Site Engineers
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering
- Current Drivers Licence
- Demonstrated prior experience in a similar site role
- Familiarity with commercial, contractual and financial aspects of projects
- Prior experience working with Pavements and/or Structures/Slopes/Corridors are advantageous however not essential
Supervisors
- Prior experience in a supervisory role
- Current Drivers Licence
- Experience in a Roads Infrastructure role or in the Services/Construction industry is highly regarded
- Prior experience working with Pavements, Structures/Slopes/Corridors, and/or ITS/TCS are advantageous however not essential
- Demonstrated experience in managing people and stakeholders at all levels
- Knowledge of asset management and system is advantageous
Environmental / Safety Advisors
- Tertiary OH&S qualifications
- Demonstrated prior experience in a similar Enviro/Safety role
- Current Drivers Licence
- Ability to engage and liaise with front line staff, supervisors and managers
- Ability to provide practical solutions to complex problems
