About usBorn out of Torquay, VIC in the early 2000s with nothing but a dream to design and deliver a collection of affordable, high-quality garments not yet met by the market, Ghanda Clothing has quickly become a household name, as the largest 100% Australian-owned and operated clothing brand, with over 100 locations across the nation.A day in the lifeAs a Retail Store Manager, you will have direct responsibility for:Leading, coaching & training a team of up to 20 team membersDriving the Ghanda values with your store teamMaintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand directionLiaising with your Stock Allocator, as well as working independently, to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store to maximise return on floor spacePreparing and monitoring store rosters, sales reports & store/team complianceAbout youWe\'ll know you\'re the one if you\'re someone:With demonstrated leadership experience - who leads from the front, empowers their team, and embodies a leadership style in line with our organisational valuesWho thinks customer first, nails the fundamentals and takes retail seriouslyWith similar experience in a retail/hospitality role, though this is not a deal-breaker - At Ghanda we value the right attitude over experienceBenefits38-hour week: No fixed-rate salary.
