**Key Details**
- Operating Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 8pm - Roster is rotational
- Location: 485 La Trobe Street, Melbourne VIC. Hybrid/WFH after speed to competency met.
- Commencing March 2025
- Part Time : 20-30 hours per week
- Paid Training
- Australian Citizenship required as working on behalf of Government client.
- Be willing and eligible to obtain a security clearance to the level applicable (this is at no cost to you)
- Australian Based Role

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain a current understanding of our client's purpose, offerings and initiatives
- Assist callers with understanding regulations and rights around the registration of products, services, ideas and branding, use of websites, completing relevant forms, troubleshooting and calculators.
- Ensure that all transactions are completed thoroughly and convey information in accordance with the guidelines provided by the department. -Always seek clarification when unsure.
- Act professionally and appropriately at all times act in the best interest of our client and Probe
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify issues, seek solutions, and contribute to continuous improvements.

You are a quick thinker who thrives on solving challenging problems, particularly when assisting customers with inquiries. Passionate about providing exceptional customer service, you possess a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in every interaction. Your strong verbal and written communication skills enable you to consistently deliver outstanding customer experiences. Demonstrating resilience and flexibility, you adeptly adapt to varying customer needs and situations. Proficient in using technology, you excel at multitasking across different systems while actively listening to and understanding customer requirements. Additionally, you are adaptable, proactive, and eager to contribute to a dynamic team focused on delivering top-notch service within a regulatory environment.

**Work from Home Requirements**

Windows 10 or higher based PC or laptop with an i5 processor 8GB of RAM or equivalent with antivirus installed and Windows defender switched on. Additional requirements include reliable internet connection and a headset with a microphone. Please note that Apple Mac computers are not compatible with our systems.
