From coordinating appointments to handling reception and accounting tasks, your contributions will help sustain a high-performing environment for a company driving innovation and service enablement in the technology sector.Your key responsibilities will include:Maintain a professional and efficient reception function.Meet, greet, and screen visitors, ensuring only authorised visitors are admitted.Handle telephone enquiries, transferring calls appropriately and screening non-essential queries.Follow security procedures, including processing security forms for new employees and subcontractors.Administer the electronic security system and register orders from the Industry Regulator.Prepare and distribute Services Agreements and maintain contracts/agreements with contractors.Manage general office administration, including training and personnel records.Maintain filing systems, coordinate appointments, and manage boardroom use.Perform general accounting duties, including raising purchase orders and obtaining quotes.Attend meetings, record proceedings, and prepare draft minutes for management.What you'll need to succeedExtensive experience in providing secretarial support to executive management.Proficient in personal computing packages such as word processing, Excel, and Publisher.Background in receptionist duties, including switchboard, telephone messages, screening calls, and security procedures.Previous experience in clerical tasks and general accounting and bookkeeping, with attention to detail.Demonstrates an outgoing personality, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.High degree of professionalism, integrity, and ability to meet "fit and proper" requirements.Disciplined approach to tasks, enhancing the perception of competency and diligence.Proficient in using Xero Accounting and Payroll systems.What you'll get in returnYou will be part of a dynamic and supportive team where your hard work and dedication are rewarded.
