THE ROLE:
As the Talent Partnerships Lead, you will be responsible for developing and delivering talent-led strategic media solutions, acting as the central contact for NOVA Entertainment's key commercial talent. You will build strong relationships and create collateral to support best practices, processes, and reporting, while negotiating and developing impactful talent inclusions for CREATE Campaigns. Additionally, you'll play a key role in building strategies that drive commercial opportunities through talent integration.
Reporting to the Head of Talent Partnerships, this senior role requires confident communication and collaboration across a variety of stakeholders. You'll manage timelines, set expectations, and ensure smooth execution under pressure, using your strong skills in communication, negotiation, time management, and project oversight to deliver results.
What you will be doing and what skills you may have:
Core to this role is the ability to strategically commercialise NE broadcast talent, leveraging their influence to maximise commercial outcomes.

Pre-Sale:
Helping unlock revenue alongside reactive brief response
Post Sale:
Ensuring talent components of campaigns are managed to successful outcomes
Tracking & Reporting:
Ensure accurate tracking of talent activity and provide data-driven insights and strategic guidance to corporate and commercial stakeholders.
Proactive Talent Strategies
Develop and support initiatives that drive revenue through talent integration, while educating stakeholders on talent-led commercial opportunities.
Talent Tracking & Admin:
Manage internal stakeholders (Sales, CREATE, Programming, Airtime, Finance) and external relationships with talent and their managers; provide operational support during contract negotiations.
Track talent exclusivity and commercial activity, deliver end-to-end reporting (including Finance and Airtime reconciliations), and uncover opportunities through data-led insights.
Talent Request Management:
Manage incoming talent briefs, approvals, and quotes with clear communication to talent and their managers; advise on exclusivity, pricing, and availability.
Oversee all talent requests to ensure timely responses, support commercial negotiations, and maintain accurate records of all pending activity.
Talent Campaign Management
Coordinate communication and approvals for sold campaigns with internal teams and external stakeholders, managing talent availability and related scheduling.
Maintain accurate records of talent activity, oversee payments through Finance, and liaise with Programming regarding talent availability and holidays.
To be successful in this role you will have:
6+ years experience related knowledge and or experience
6+ years experience in campaign strategy or project management
Advanced in MS office suite
Exceptional attention to detail, organizational and time management skills.
